Stress kills the good life at every level. Everyone experiences stress. It is not a sign of failure, simply a sign of the times. At work or at home, and even at your leisure, stress management skills are the survival skills of the 21st century. Managing stress simply means managing yourself with greater care and sensitivity to your personal needs.

During this two-part course you will learn how to

  • Identify the root causes of your stress
  • Turn your negative, energy draining thoughts into positive, empowering thoughts
  • Move from fearing change to embracing it
  • Protect yourself from negative and stressful influences
