Just as a seed contains the potential of a mighty
tree, in the same way, I too have all the resources within, to achieve
a happy and successful life.
To
ensure healthy roots, a grounding in spiritual and moral principles
and values is a must. It will help build and strengthen my capacity
to grow and participate in this unfolding drama of life.
This unique course offers the tools to unlock the potential of the
higher self and to manifest all that is good within.
Self Esteem is a state of inner dignity which brings great benefit
to the self no matter what the situation. It is one of the most crucial
ingredients for a happy and successful life. It affects our ability
to fulfill our potential, sustain good relationships and feel at ease
with ourselves and our talents. Knowing who and what we truly are
and realising our innate positive attributes is the foundation for
inner transformation and the basis for effective self management.
During this two-part seminar you will
- know and discover your positive self
- accept yourself, identifying personal strengths, abilities and
uniqueness
- understand and manage negativity
- develop effective strategies for building healthy relationships,
letting go of fears and aggression
- empower yourself, making the right choices to maintain inner
balance.
