For thousands of years meditation has been used as one of the most natural and effective ways to restore a positive and relaxed state of mind.

The technique of Raja Yoga meditation, taught by the Brahma Kumaris, is the experience of the inner self and its qualities through silence. Meditation enables us to come to a state of self worth and recognition of our own value.

An introductory 4-week course at the Global Retreat Centre will help you to:

- Re-evaluate your life - being the detached observer
- Understand yourself - experience the real positive self
- Connect with the Source
- Draw upon your spiritual powers.

It will take you step-by-step through the method of Raja Yoga meditation with simple guidance on experiencing the innate positive qualities. By the end of the course you can expect to feel a greater sense of self-understanding, calm, clarity and well-being.
